ASC Advisors' comment letter on the FCA's Consultation Paper CP24/2 was featured alongside commentary from industry groups AIMA and MFA in a Pensions & Investments article discussing the dangers of the regulatory agency's "name and shame" proposal. 

In particular, we highlighted the significant and lasting investor and reputational harm that firms and individuals will face if the rule went forward as proposed, as making ongoing investigations public before a verdict may lead investors to inquire about the nature of such scrutiny, freeze recruiting efforts and result in overall uncertainty that could severely damage a firm’s viability.
