We discussed the principles of how managers should prevent contingencies from occurring. Some of these include communicating to stakeholders, conducting tabletop exercises and how to steer the media interactions.
This webinar was especially timely given the UK FCA proposal to announce investigation at initiation with little or no notice to the target firm and individuals.
